Very easy to deal with. They told me what paperwork I needed and kept me updated on where we were in the process. Happy with the offer and to make room in the garage.

First, Chris was very fast to call me back and offered to meet same day after I sent him some pictures. Second, the deal was done by the next morning and he even sent someone to pick up the car.  A+

Jim was very detail oriented and asked a lot of good questions so I knew he was a serious buyer. I had a loan on the car and they did all the paperwork to pay off and get me a check for my equity. They even came to get the car in the snow which was very helpful.
